Hi, I’m Jenn Knight, RDH, OMT

I’ve been an oral health provider for over 20 years and have spent my career helping patients improve their oral health and overall wellbeing. Through advanced training in myofunctional therapy, I now focus on supporting healthy breathing, oral function, and airway development in both children and adults.

My passion for myofunctional therapy stems from a desire to look beyond symptoms and address the underlying causes of oral dysfunction that can impact breathing, sleep, oral development, and overall wellbeing. I believe that improving oral function can play an important role in supporting long-term health and quality of life.

As a mom of three, my passion for this work in also personal. Navigating my own children’s experiences with tongue thrust, tongue-tie, low tongue posture, and oral habits gave me firsthand insight into how profoundly oral function can impact sleep, breathing, development, and confidence.

My approach combines clinical experience with compassionate, individualized care to help patients build healthier lifelong patters and support optimal oral and airway function.
